❣請各位注意一下,商品是[預購]或[有現貨]在你的所在地。預訂貨品請在購買前注意一下[預估]到貨日期。
❣不接急單,預購貨品預計到貨日期只供參考,因天氣或其他因素導致貨到日期延遲,本店不能保證,希望大家體諒。
❣商品照片大部分是由供應商提供或是手機拍攝,顯示的顏色多少都有差異,本店不接受因色差問題或人原因或與你想像不同而退換貨或退款。
❣圖片只供參考,一切以實物為準。
❣若商品因運輸途中,有輕微的瑕疵、損壞如撞凹或缺角,但不影響常使用,本店一概恕不受理,謝絕退換或退款。
❣由於運送過程問題,未能保證外盒能完整無損,若不影響商品的使用,一律不接受退款理由。
❣除非缺貨,如因貨期延遲就不接受退款。
❣店主樂意更換壞貨(除個人衛生用品、客製商品及食品外),唯不會承擔來回運費。顧客簽收貨日起計3天內,但要包裝完好,沒有使用痕跡。

🛍付款後不接受任何原因取消及退款。
🛍預訂商品到貨,店主會以電郵通知大家。
🛍若有現貨,店主收到匯款後會安排2日內寄出。
🛍代購貨品,店主需要先收到匯款才會幫忙代購。付款後不接受任何原因取消、更改及退款。
ℹ本店會在寄出前先確保貨品妥善才安排寄出,但若郵寄過程中有任何變質,損毀或遺失,本店一概不會作出任何賠償
ℹ如有任何爭議,本店保留最終決定權。

❣Payment in advance for all purchases including PreOrder items. We do not responsible for handling charge or fee that incur by your bank or currency exchange.
❣All purchases are non refundable, can not be exchanged or cancelled, except out of stock items.
❣Due to the current pandemic situation, some shipment may be affected and delayed in both domestic and international shipment, please be patience and support them. Thank you again.
❣We have a 3 day return policy for faulty goods only, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return. We DO NOT OFFER FREE return/exchange goods. You are responsible for any additional postages may incur. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at 1go.bottega@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. ❣Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
❣Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
❣Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
❣Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
