ℹ貨品照片多數是由供應商提供或是手機拍攝,顯示的顏色多少都會有差異,本店不接受因色差問題或私人原因或與你想像不同而退換貨或退款。
ℹ若貨品因運輸途中,有輕微嘅瑕疵、損壞如撞凹或缺角,但不影響正常使用,本店一概恕不受理,謝絕退換或退款。
ℹ由於運輸問題,未能保證外盒能完整無損,若不影響貨品使用,一律不接受退款理由。
ℹ除非缺貨,如果因為貨期延遲就不接受退款。
ℹ壞貨可換貨,顧客簽收貨日起計3天內,但要包裝完好,沒有試用痕跡。店主樂意更換,唯不會承擔來回運費。

📍預訂貨品到貨店主會以電郵通知大家。
📍若有現貨,店主收到匯款後會安排2日內寄出。
📍代購貨品,店主需要先收到匯款才會幫忙代購。付款後不接受任何原因取消、更改及退款。

❣本店會在寄出前先確保貨品妥善才安排寄出,但若郵寄過程中有任何變質,損毀或遺失,本店一概不會作出任何賠償

All purchases are non refundable, can not be exchanged or cancelled, except out of stock items.
Due to the current pandemic situation, some shipment may be affected and delayed in both domestic and international shipment, please be patience and support them. Thank you again.
We have a 3 day return policy for faulty goods only, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at 1go.bottega@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
